Hi,
We are in the process of upgrading a customer from CM4 to CM7. They have a minor issue on the position of the Corporate Directory on the Phone. On CM4 they use to press Directory Key then Number 4.
Now On CM7 Personal Directory is on position 4. I have offered to remove Personal Directory off the Directory Key, however they want to keep it there. Is it possible to amend this setting?

At a high level it would be:
- Create a Common Phone Profile - Selecting External URL for the Services Provisioning
- Then on the Device or the Enterprise Directory Settings point to a custom XML document
Note: Missed Calls, Received Calls, and Placed Calls order can not be modified or removed.
