hay
i install presense 8.5.2.10000-49 with cupc ver 8.5.2
for some reason i cant open the "phone" from the cupc to dial numbers
the simboll is not responding no meter what i try
all sinc perfect

Ensure that the Windows firewall on CUPC user PC, is turned off or atleast the UDP traffic is allowed through it. The issue is described here in the Troubleshooting guide http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupc/7_0/english/troubleshooting/guide/trouble.html#wp1090426
