Pressing the Directory button on a Cisco 7821 does not bring up anything on the screen

Hi Guys, 

We just deployed some Cisco 7821s throughout our campus and for some reason when we try to press the phone book button that supposed to list the contacts the only that it says is "Requesting" and tries to load it, but will never load anything. Could this be a firmware issue? 

Under the phone details / information I saw that it was using sip78xx.12-1-1-12 as the firmware. I'm not sure if that helps or not. I can get some more information if someone answers. 

Like I said before when we try to press the button that looks like a phone book all we see is the word "Requesting" and it never loads the personal directory verbiage that its supposed to display normally.

Does it work on other phone models?

That configuration comes from the call control to which they're registered, so, have you checked the configuration there?
