PRI's go down every week.

Hello All,

Guys have you ever encountered this issue ? we have a PRI with All stream as the provider. Every week on monday the PRI's go down. Recently this is been happening during mid week too.

We are running on CUCM ver 6

Router : Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)


ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 15.0(1r)M16, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Cisco CISCO2921/K9 (revision 1.0) with 471040K/53248K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FJC1940A03A
3 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
48 Serial interfaces
1 terminal line
4 Channelized T1/PRI ports
16 Voice FXS interfaces
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
255K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
255488K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash 0 (Read/Write)

can someone please help us out. this has become an issue for us every week and we have no clue on whats the issue.

we shut the controllers , give network-clock commands to get it back up but it takes almost 30 - 45 mins to get the circuit up.

Hi,

Check on the following:

1. Cable connected to the Router

2. Errors/slips on the Controller 

3. Debug ISDN q921/q931

4. Proper Clock Source - Check with TSP

5. E1 Card / Router Hardware Error

Check the above 1 at a time to isolate/identify the issue. Then take appropriate action.
