Prime Collaboration Provisioning - Jabber

The last few months we have been having a lot of issues with PCP failing when trying to provision phone lines to new users and even more often there are issues when trying to delete users who have left the business.


I've been on a few support calls with Cisco support but we have been unable to restore PCP to a working state and they generally have to create a temporary troubleshooting account just to be able to delete the broken accounts.

We are using PCP 12.6-2283.

 

Just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced something similar and how they fixed it.

Forgot to mention that the NICE (Configuration Engine) keeps crashing.  Almost daily.
