Proble in Unity Connection 2.0

Hi,

We are using Unity connection with CCM 6.0.

In Unity connection i am unable to add new phone system in Telephony Integration.(Add Option itself is not showing)

and also i am unable to add users also in User(Add Option itself is not showing)

Please help me out!!!

That is working as designed, you cannot integrate the CUC with anything other than the CUCMBE itself. Also if you do not see the add users is because now you add then thru CCMAdmin page in the end user part

if you intended to use CUC with other system you would need to install standalone CUC

CallManager 6.0 and Unity Connection both are running on a same server.

I tried to add users from in CCM:

userManagement>user/phone add

After adding the user info and save it says:

Add failed. Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.

Please suggest me.

OK, have you tried to add the users thru the end users option?

do you get the same error?

because the one you're using is to add the user and associated phone at the same time.
