Problem IP Communicator 7.0.2.0/8.6.1.0 Win7

Hello.
I have a laptop HP COMPAQ 6730b and its works fine with IP Communicator 7.0.2.0 over Windows XP SP3.
Last day my company had migrated my laptop to Windows 7 SP1 and now IP Communicator doesn't work fine more!
I've updated IP Communicator to 8.6.1.0 but nothing.
The problem is: the partener cannot listen my voice during the call.
The speaker partener works fine with other colleagues
My Mic works fine with other IP SW like Skype/MSN.
My main laptop features:
- Compaq 6730b
- S.O. Windwos 7 enterpise SP1 64Bit
- Sound Cars: SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio with lastest driver versione 6.10.2.7255
- IP Communicator 7.0.2.0 and updated to 8.6.1.0
Could you help me?

Would you mind to confirm couple of things below?

1.Your IPC registered to ccm  without any problem, is it true?

2. Sounds like you got 1-way audio. A (IPC) called B, A can hear B but B cannot hear A ,is it right statement?

3. Do you have any personal firewall installed ?
