Hello.
I have problem with configuring 9971 IP phone in CME 8.6. I followed the instructions from http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2156/products_configuration_example09186a0080b82d00.shtml but IP phone is not being correctly registered. I mean that commands "show voice register pool mac MAC" and "show voice register pool all" indicate the phone has registered but on IP phone display I see "Phone not registered" and I'm unable to make calls.
Below is the output from the above commands.
#show voice register pool mac E8BA.70FB.1990

This is the only SIP IP phone. The rest of IP phones are using SCCP. I tried resetting that IP phone but it didn't work.
Has anyone successfully registered 9971 in CME 8.6? If yes, please share with the sample configuration.
