Problem with backup of CUCM Subscriber

Hi,

We have 1 PUB and 4 SUB of CUCM in our environment. Pub in Dellaware and Sub's are in different locations. I am facing problem with my NY1166 subscriber. Through DRF backup is scheduled for Daily basis. From last 4 days backup of all nodes except 1 which is in NY1166 is not going perfect.

For NY1166 SUB neither automatic nor manual backup is working, RTMT is sending below alert for the same:

Cisco DRFFailure Reason: Master agent was unable to send the backup/restore request to the local agent Node ******** is not connected.

There was some problem in the MPLS link in between PUB and this SUB. So I thought that because of that it is happening. But now link is perfect.

I restarted DRF service(both master and local) on PUB and SUB. Still no luck.

Also I checked the serial no in the ipsec-trust certificate of SUB and it is matching with the serial no in the ipsec certificate in PUB.

Please let me know what can be the cause?

Thanks Shaikh. Problem is resolved now. I restarted service of wrong SUB. It's back to normal when I restarted backup and restore services on the affected SUB.
