Problem with Call received from a Luxembourg number

Dear,

I installed a 2901 ISR CCME 10.5 with a SIP Trunk from an external supplier.

Everything works fine, but users tell me that the calls coming from Luxembourg does not reach us.

Unfortunately, I can not do testing to verify this. Because I can not afford to ask the person who make the calls to make tests with me.

All other countries have no worries to call us.

is that you have an idea of what could cause this trouble?

I thought the SIP provider that could have a worry. But at the level of CCME I do not see.

Thanks

Hi,

You need to at least set up the debugs on the CME to see if the call reaches the CME or fails even before it is sent to CME. the debugs needed to see why the calls fail are "debug ccsip messages". Apart from that you only options are to check with the provider or ask someone else from Luxembourg to make a test call from similar DID range.

Manish

I wake up my conversation, I think it is the anonymous calls that are rejected

It is possible?
