Problem with Cisco 8941 - firmware sccp 9-3-1-19

Hello,

I'd like to downgrade my phone for a CUCM 8.6. My problem is that I cannot do a firmware reset factory with my phone by power off the phone then on, press enough time on# and doing 123456789*0#. It's like since I upgrade to CUCM 9.01 the phone don't recognize these famous combinaison keys

If somebody encounters the same problem and have you another way to downgrade?

Hi,

Make sure the phone is on a DHCP-enabled network and has a valid TFTP server set in DHCP option 150 or option 66 on the DHCP server.  To perform a factory reset of a phone, you can press the Applications button and choose Administrator Settings > Reset Settings > All.
