Hallo,
i have problems with our CUCM 8.5 so we can conference calls with externel participant but not anytime.
1. We can make conference call's with all internal participant.
2. If we have a call with or from a external participant and we want to let one other external participant to join in all calls are getting dropt.
3. If we have one internal and one external participant, we can make a conference, if:
- The external participant is not on hold (he is in call)
- The internal is that one who will be put as second in the call.
If we want to put an external participant in a conference he get dropt.
I made a debug at out voice gateway, when i want to open a conference call with external i saw that my CUCM send a disconnect to the external participants.
