Hi all,
I have a problem with a new created Route Point :-(
I copied an existing one wich is working as expected.
The new one also works as expected when I call internal.
As soon as i try to reach him from the PSTN I get three or four call-connected tones and then the Route Point answeres and I hear my IPCC-Script-Prompt.
All other RP's behave normal and answer directly.
What are the points I can check for missconfiguration ?
greetings Chris

i dont quite understand what you are doing here, but if you create the CTI RP, you normally do it from UCCX, check the trigger, cti group and applications associated, just compare what u have in the working and what u have in the non-working one.
is gonna use a different script
please clarify

Well I use a CUCM 6.1.2 and a IPCC Enterprise. And if i want to create a new dialed number i have to create CTI Route Points in the CUCM.
The two Route Points are hitting the same script, it's just to devide the calls in two different call types.

Does no one has an idea?
Is it in the wrong category of the forum?

Are both CTIRPs set up as triggers in Contact Center?

Jep, they are and they also show up as proper registered.
