Wondering if anyone can advise or help me please.
We have RFC2833 disabled on our cisco phones.
DTMF works ok dialling out via the VGWs - not a problem and has always worked ok.
Now we have put in a CUBE and pointing to our SIP provider.
The DTMF no longer works when calls are dialled out to them.
I have changed the SIP Trunk to various options includiing OOB/RFC2833
On the CUBE there is dtmf-relay rtp-nte configured.
If I uncheck the RFC2833 disabled on the phone then the DTMF is ok.
Is there another way of getting the DTMF to work whilst leaving the
RFC2833 disabled on the phones.
Just wondering if there is an alternative command on the CUBE I can use.
