Problem with fax on CUCM 8.5

Problem with faxes. Outgoing calls do not work. The buzzer is available, and the signal "the control of a parcel of a call" is not present. Incoming calls arrive normally.

Connection:

Analogue phone - Handytone - CUCM 8.5

It is created SIP Trunk. It is adhered to route pattern.

Help to solve a problem please.

Hi hcbadmin,

Can you please confirm if the call flow is as below:

Analog phone --- Handytone --- SIP --- Call Manager --- ? what is the protocol and gateway --- ? connectivity to Telco

++ when you connect Analog phone to the Handytone

- Can you make outbound call ?

- when you pick up the handset: do you hear dial-tone and are you able to dial the complete destination number ?

++ If you are not able to make outbound call in the above call flow:

- FAX will fail

++ To be able to make FAX call, the call first initates as voice call and then switchover accordingly

++ As per the spec resource for Handytone:

++ This gateway supports pass-through, make sure you have configured the same on the termintaing gateway 

Please share the call flow and also show run and calling and called numbers
