Problem with installing cmterm-android_8.6.2v17.cop.sgn COP file in CUCM 8.6

Hi

I'm using CUCM 8.6 and i have a problem with Cisco Jabber for Android.I'v downloded

cmterm-android_8.6.2v17.cop.sgn  file from Cisco site and placed it in my FTP server.When i try to  install this COP file in CUCM using

Cisco Unified OS  Administration>Software Upgrades > Install/Upgrade,although my FTP  server is accessible from my CUCM server,it shows this message

"No valid upgrade option were found".

I tried this process using local DVD/CD but the same message was shown.

Can anybody help me why the CUCM shows this message and how can i solve this problem??

Are you sure you're placing the files in the right place (depends on your FTP/SFTP)??

And that from CUCM you're pointing to where the file is??

That means that wherever you're pointing, doesn't have the file you're looking for.

That's really up to you and your FTP/SFTP configuration.
