I'm with the following problem:
I'm using B-ACD with CUCM, it's working very well but it had one problem, when I receive a call from PSTN directly on extension, no passing by B-ACD, when i will tranfer or put this call on hold, the client hear the MoH configured on CUCM.
But when this call pass by B-ACD and after goes to CUCM for the same extension for example, while the user doesn't take this call the client hear the MoH from B-ACD, but if the user take this call and to tranfer or put in on hold this client doesn't hear the MoH from CUCM.
Can someone help me?
