Probleme with database during DMA export (CCM 4.1(3) ->CUCM 7.1.3)

hi all,

i'm planning to upgrade from CCM 4.1.3 to CUCM 7.1.3, after running DMA export i got those warning messages :

i don't know what possible cause coulbe behind those messages and whether it's ok to ignore them or not.

if you have any idea how to deal with those messages, i would really appreciate it.

Hi Bilal

The first error you listed says it can't add a record with a reference to 'ce56af2e-7658-41a0-9744-40b42f86069f'. Usually this means there is an error earlier in the log files where the route partition with PKID 'ce56af2e-7658-41a0-9744-40b42f86069f' was not imported, so items cannot reference it.

Commonly problems are caused by the use of special characters in descriptions, or very long descriptions.

Can you check for any errors that mention 'ce56af2e-7658-41a0-9744-40b42f86069f' in them earlier in the file, or post back the whole error file?

Hi Aaron,

thx for your quick response, in attached the whole warning file

just for info, i already correct some errors due to some special caracters in CallSeachSpaces and CSSs errors were eliminated.

the warning in the log file remain insolved, if i have to change some decription with special caracters, i don't where to modified them.
