Procedure to configure call barge

I need the step by step procedure to configure call barge facility to a reception phone 'cisco 8961 IP phone' and the procedure to use the facility.

It would be helpful if you not only mention what you want to do BUT where you want to do it.

CUCM?? CME?? version??? You ALWAYS need to provide that info if you're requesting assistance.
