Program key for conference call

Hi,

I have an institutional phone (no app/option keys, just numeric keypad) that I would like to program to do a conference call.  Is there a way to configure this in CUCM?

Not in CUCM, I'll assume that device is plugged into an FXS, and then you'd need something like this:
