I have a CUCMBE version 6.1.3 that is giving me fits. I have need of sending a incoming call to a hunt pilot and (especially after hours) a call handler.
I cannot get the UC to transfer a call to a call handler at all. Every call goes to the Opening Greeting. I have used a dummy phone with a line configured and all calls forwarded to VM. Then I use the routing in Connections to send the calls to the greeting in the CH. THe CH offers the ability to access the directory handler, send a call to a particular source (which works) or take a message.
I have used a CTI Route Point as well. Nothing seems to work. I have created a new call handler, same thing happens. I have tried other CH. I don't think any are working at this time.
Any Ideas would be appreciated.
I have restarted all services and even the box.

is VM working fine?
Do you have any transformation masks before reaching CUC?
VM mask transformations in VM profile?
Is this as simple as phone calls CTI RP, CFA to VM -> Matching CH with CTI RP DN?

You need to match whatever you configured in CUC.
Adding or removing digits needs to be done BEFORE routing the call to CUC.
Use the VM mask if you need to add or remove digits.

Yes your path is correct.
The issue was that Connections was only recognizing 3 digits and I was trying to use 4.
I changed all my extensions to 3 digits and everything works.
I do need to know how to set the significant digits in Connections tho.
