I have a hunt pilot that's configured to hit a line group. If one of the members of the line group has their extension forwarded to another number, will the hunt still attempt to dial their extension? If so, is there a way to prevent that to ensure the hunt isn't calling an external number do to the forwarding? The hunt is configured for broadcast hunting, so this could cause some issues with end user confusion, since they won't know the true intent of the call when it rings on their cell phone.
The only solution I can think of to ensure this doesn't happen is to make the hunt timer shorter than their line's timer, so that the hunt would give up on their line before the line's forwarding would take place. Is that the best way to go on this one?

When call arrives via Line Group to a DN the forwarding settings on the DN will be ignored and the DN will ring normally.

Are you saying that if the call is being delivered to a hunt group, it'll ring the extennsion, instead of following forwarding, or, that forwarded extensions are not rung at all? Thanks for the response!
