Hello all,
I´m troubleshooting a weird matter with my call manager.
CM version 5.1.3.4000
When I dial 0659 from an IP phone and I don´t follow dialing, the phone wait for 5 seconds and later I received the record of annunciator "the number you dial, cannot be completed..." so far all right because the number 0659 is incorrect.
But if I dial 0653 and I don´t follow dialing I receive a continuous tone, later I received the same record from annunciator.
By using DNA I can see both numbers are blocked.
If you dial the correct complete number 0659XXXXXX match with a Route List and 0653XXXXXX match with a different RL pointing to different gateways.
So it´s possible that I´m receiving the ringback tone from the gateways within the second RL(one of them MGCP, the rest H323) , maybe I´m missing a command in the first RL gateways.
So my question is why in the second case I received the tone?

Have you looked at your dial plan to make sure there is nothing else that could match?

Yes, I checked the dial plan for discard this point. No matches are found with this dialing.
