Hello, I need support in order to fix my connection issue between my Cisco CP-8811 phone and the Fritzbox 6660 Cable router, OS: 7.29. The provider is Pyur (ex Telecolumbus). The phone has been configurated by my employer in order to use it by VPN and it is connected by cable to the LAN port. Since few months the connection does not work properly with the following message error displays on Cisco: "Host not found". I would like to fix this error but I do not know the right setup on my Fritzbox for Cisco. I tried to switch IPv6 to IPv4 on the Fritzbox control panel and other options but the issue persists.
In this way I can not receive or do any calls by phone. Currently my employer is searching for a solution. Is there a proper configuration/setup for my purpose? Where exactly could I configure The phone on the menu or the Fritzbox on the control panel? I am not expert and I need a easy guide in order to setup.
