Hi
I have a Cisco MCS 7835 Appliance running Cisco Unified Presence Server Version 8.5.2.10000-49.
When i go to "Cisco Unified Serviceability" and open "Serviceability Reporter Archive" it gives the following error-
"Cisco Serviceability Reporter" needs to be activated. Reports will be generated in 30mins after activation.(If installed today, reports will be available tomorrow)
I have checked the "Cisco Serviceability Reporter" service in "Service Activation" and "Feature Services" pages. Its up and running. Also i stopped the service and re-enabled it. 8 days have already gone, But still its not generating the reports and giving the same error.
Also i tried to find if there is any "service parameter" available in CUPS for "Cisco Serviceability Reporter" service, like available in CUCM. but its not there.
Can anyone suggest what could be the reason for this error?
