Hi!
Sometimes users can't make calls from public network, checking the gateways during the problem we got something like:
gateway#sh voice port summary
IN OUT

We noticed that a lot of ports remains at clearfwd at IN STATUS.
Shutting and bringing up the controller makes it work fine again and calls can be made again.
Anyone knows what the "clearfwd" status meam ? After the controller recycle the status of "clearfwd" suddenly disapear!
Can anyone help me with this problem?? I have the following configuration and the country is Angola (not suported in cas-custom).
controller E1 0/0/0
framing NO-CRC4
ds0-group 1 timeslots 1-15 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
ds0-group 2 timeslots 17-31 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
cas-custom 2
metering
dnis-complete
Many thanks,
Best regards,
Josué

That may not work eotjer, there may be a timing issue involved.
