Random IP Phones gets UNREGISTERED in Secure CUCM cluster

Hi,

I do have a secure CUCM 11.5 cluster. All the IP Phones had been using Secure Profile for quite some time now. Recently, every day a few sets of IP Phones gets UNREGISTERED.

Changing the IP Phone to Non-Secure mode --> Installing LSC certificate --> Changing IP Phone to Secure mode, gets the IP Phone registered in Secure mode again.

But, every morning this process has to be repeated for a new set of IP Phones.

Any one has come across this issue? or a similar issue?

Any suggestions on what could be the possible issue.

In RTMT if you search for devices > phones you can get last unregister
reason. The same can be obtained from phone logs.

Can you look at it and see why phones unregistered.

In RTMT, the StatusReason is shown as DirectoryNumberMismatch.
