Hi

I have a Cisco Call Manager 7.1.3 and Cisco Unity Connect Environment

I am requesting your assistance with implementing the following call forwarding option:

Scenario

Phone 1 DN= 5054, VM enabled

Phone 2 DN = 5160 VM enabled.

I would like  internal calls forward no answer be routed to DN 5160 and then if no answer DN 5160 VM

To achieve this I configured the fbelow call forward options"

Phone 1

Call Forward no answer DN 5160

Phone 2

Call Forward no answer VM checked

Howevrer this is the result

Calls when received on DN 5054 are forwarded to 5160 however the voicemail received is 5054.

How can I configure this so that when the call is forwarded to 5160 and there is no answer the VM received is for 5160?
