Recents on 8800 Series and 7800 Series with Asterisk

Good afternoon,

I bought nearly 50 IP Phones (Models 8851 et 7811 IP Phones) and all are in Production thanks to a Asterisk server.

I'm happy to work with Cisco Phones but I have a question to display "recents" soft key on Applications.

I use SEP Files to configure all IP phones.

I indicate "1" to recentsSoftKey and a specific softKeyFile is available.

Firmwares:

7811 ---> firmware_SIP_12-5-1SR1-4

8851 --> firmware_SIP_12-1-1SR1-4

A charitable soul could help me, please ?

I do not see missing calls and call history on my cisco phones (cisco 8800 et 7800).

Hi Johanne

can you please post sample SEP file for registering 7811 ip phone with Asterisk server.

Also please share with version of Asterisk server you are using.
