Recommendations for disaster recover of several CUCM, CUC & UCCX different versions

Dear Friends,

I am clear that the only solutions backup and disaster recovery are supported by Cisco TAC are included with each solution but wanted to know if there is any disaster recovery tool that minimizes response times. Has anyone tried with some third-party tool?

Never heard of of a third party backup tool for Cisco voice servers. The built in DRS going to an SFTP server works great.
