I am working on implementing emergency call routing to RedSky for our remote user base. RedSky will accept TCP, UDP, or TLS traffic to their SIP gateways and they provide very little guidance on how calls should be routed to them or how communication is terminated on the customer end. They state that they have customers that terminate SIP trunks directly on their CUCM servers and they have customers that route calls through their CUBEs.
Is it possible to route emergency calls through Expressway C/E?
What would be the best practice here?
