regarding cisco ip phone

hi all ,

i am very new to ip phone world

for example , my ip phone is having 4 lines [ 2000,2001,2002,2003]

if i want to check missed calls on particular line 2001 , how can i check ?

as we will go to directories > missed calls

The missed calls section shows missed calls for all lines on your phone.  You can select More > Details for a particular missed call to see what line the call came in on.
