Hi
We are having CCM 4.1 with publisher-subscriber installed.
Sometimes we face one problem of phones updates not getting reflected.
For example if if we change phone number of any registered IP Phone
it will reflect in CCM4.1 but we are not able to dial old or new phone number.
We need to take reboot in such cases.
Please guide to resolve issue.

This sounds like a replication issue. You should use DBHelper to verify the health of replication between the Pub and the Sub (the next time this occurs) and also look at SQL to see if it agrees. When you reboot, you are fixing the issue by likely doing one of two things:
1) Reboot reinitializes replication which clears the issue OR
2) Reboot clears up a value that is cached in the memory of the system (not uncommon in my experience with the 4x Windows-based version of CCM)

Just to add something, make sure your host and lmhost files are correctly populated to avoid DB sync issues.
You can also look at the replication tasks in SQL to make sure they're running properly.
Othewise you might need to recreate the replication agreement.
