regarding these phones 7965G and 7911G Firmware upgrade

Hi, I need some technical support regarding  these phones 7965G and 7911G . I want to change the firmware to SIP using TFTPD32 software.


I made a factory default by pressing # key while powering up, and then pressed 123456789*0# when the lights stated blinking .


I had setup tftp server with the required files. a DHCP server with option 150  that passes the PCs (TFTP server's) IP address. THe phone gets an ip address but always keeps requesting for some wiered address


Below are the shots of some screen and  settings that explain my setup


1. Am using a PoE switch to connect the PC and Phone.

2. PC settings are as in the pic

3 set up dhcp server and tftp server as follows

4 the phone gets an ip by the DHCP

but the file transfers doesn't start and i see these weird logs

I had tested the tFTP server by getting a file using windows tftp client by CMD and its working .

Please help me in that how can i get this done

I had also done the 3491672850*# sequence  but no success

Really disappointed by no replies at alll...
any how I managed to configure them . I had to use DHCP option 66 to feed the ip address of my TFTP server.
