We have a Cisco 2851 registering as an h323 gatway with a pri connected to a Nortel option 11 using qsig.
The router is registered to a Nortel linux based NRS at release 5.5.
The other side of the connection is a Nortel CS1000E on 5.5 code.
Router is successfully registered and calls can complete correctly. However, if the call is placed on hold an then taken off of hold there is no audio path.
Any suggestions?

How does Nortel do hold/resume for media streams? Are they doing an empty capability set? If so, you need:
voice service voip
h323
emptycapability
Also, this shouldn't fix this, but find out if Nortel supports h450.2 and h450.3. If Nortel doesn't support these, then you should disable them on the router:
voice service voip
no supp h450.2
no supp h450.3

If you still see issues after this, get:
debug voip ccapi inout
debug cch323 all
debug h225 asn1
debug h245 asn1
