Registering Cisco IP Phone 6921 to Huawei AR Router

Hi,

I would like to register Cisco IP Phone 6921 with SIP firmware to Huawei AR Router ?  earlier I was able to registered Cisco IP Phone 7945 with SIP firmware version 8.X to Huawei AR Router by modifying config file  SEPXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml and uploading the same  using TFTP Server, but the same is not working for 6921 Phone, please if anyone has done this earlier , kindly help me.......

If the intention is to "host" the files for the phone in the Huawei router, then it all depends on the router.  But generally, yes.  

Can the router act as a SIP server?   I don't think so.
