Registration Rejected

I have 15 phones I have put in CCM 3.3.5

The first two pwoered up but the thrid tells me registration rejected when it tries to power on.

Any suggestions?

Maybe you have disabled "Autoregistration" and phones MAC adresses are not configured in CCM?

Are you manually adding the phones to callmanager or are you using auto registration? The most common issue when you see "Registration Rejected" is when you add the phone manually and put the wrong phone model in for the phone that you are trying to add. Be carefull there are phones that are for example 7941G and 7941G-GE the GE would matter when adding the phone.

We have been using C3900 Since 2013/2014, everything was fine till the day before yesterday when we received error at all devices "Registration Rejected: Max Phones Exceeded"

registration failed usually happens on this situation >>

1- wrong model added on cucm
2- some issue with security certs on phone >> try reset security on phone & if ask to erase, press yes..
3- sometimes license issue..
