Hi,
I have 3 7911G Cisco phones that are unable to reset. I need to install «cmterm-7911_7906-sccp.9-1-1SR1» firmware.
I use tftpd32 and this is my setting (I tried 3 differents versions of the utility and 2 differents procedures for this):

I also tried 192.168.1.108 for the computer IP but that doesn't work. Same thing for checkbox: Ping addresse before assignation And Persistant leases. Checked or not, it doesn't work.
This is my Logs message:

Try binding the dhcp to the IP address 192.168.1.1 or deactivate the windows fw.

I tried and this is the log Viewer that I got.
For the Windows firewall, it is disable.

I need to precise that this is the only way I can reinstall a firmware to our 7911g phones because the reset proceedure broke the installed firmware.
