Reject Calls

Maybe a stupid question but how reject calls (ring in) with cisco ip communicator?

Hi,

In the softkey template assigned to CIPC configuration (in CUCM or CME) ,
you need to assign the EndCall softkey to the ringing state. This will show
a key called EndCall while the call is ringing to terminate the call.
