We have several offices throughout the world. Each office has an H323 Gateway - all running from our Core CUCM infrastructure.
We have "Remote Dial Tone" patterns setup, to allow international callers to make calls through North American phone lines and vise versa.
Would be great if there was a way to have a Secured Auto Attendant, where a user can call in from their Cell Phone, select the local they would like to call and then receive a tone for that location.
Example:
User from North America calls into Auto Attendant (1 for North America, 2 For South America, 3 for Europe)
When selecting South America, they are given a tone from South America and are able to make a "local" call.
Is this something that is possible? Can it be made secure (ie: enter password, etc)?
