Remote favorites in series EX and MX

Hi all,

We need to configure remotly the favorites to some endpoints registered in our CUCM (8.6).The problem is that we need to configure some endpoints with IP and the directory number in CUCM is not able to do it. We telepresence systems we use the speed dials but with the new endpoints is not possible. Somebody knows if there is any way to do it? Maybe in CUCM, via http in the endpoint, via ssh with some command...

Hi,

The solution is to use the web interface for the endpoint - this was introduced in TC6.0.

Under the tab "Call Control" you can browse and search contacts, and also add contacts to local phonebook (Favorites).
