Hi,
We have more then 750 IP phones, all with statically assigned IP addresses, registered on old CUCM, version 8.5
Now, we are preparing to implement new CUCM, version 11.5. We are waiting for server to arrive, and before implementation, we need to find out best possible way to change TFTP server on phones with statically assigned IP settings. Both server and phones are going into new VLAN and will have new IP addresses...
All the switches phones are connected to are Cisco(majority is 2960 or 2960X)
More then 60% of phones are 6921
Another 30% are 7821, 7962, 7942
Everything else is less then 50 phones, meaning if we can make those 4 types changed remotely, it will be no problem to change rest manually...
So, is there any way to remotely change IP settings on a phone with statically assigned IP address and tftp server?
Thanks!

Hello Jaime,
Thanks for your reply.
So basically, it is possible, with usage of third party software... KK, we might give it a try. Thanks! :)
