Remove access to directory and listing of numbers

Hi

We are runningcall manager ver  7.1.2.3 and would like to know if it is possible to somehow remove numbers either  placed, missed and recieved from appearing on a fixed phone.  In other words remove access to directories.  Additionally, when calls are recieved and placed that no number appears on the LCD.  Is this possible?

You can't remove the access to them.

The most common way to delete them is via a small script:

An option that I would suggest and might be just simpler is to use either an analog phone or an ip phone with no LCD.

That would accomplish all of your requirements.
