Replacing the name & surname place in corporate directory

How can I change the place of the name and surname in corporate directory in CCM 6.1? I want the name first showed up after searching someone...

on linux version the only way would be to create a directory script to achieve that, on windows versions you could modify it but since there is no access in linux this means also a separate server to host the script
