I am running Attendant Console 6.1. Is there a way I can get a report of the call flow? Specifically showing the amount of missed calls that roll to our backup operator? If there is not a report, can I find this info in a log somewhere?
Call Detailed Records (CDR) would be your best bet. It's not going to be super easy to determine which calls were answered by the attendant and then transferred vs the ones that rang and reverted back.
