Request assistance at installing a device

                   I am in the process of installing an IP Communicator and cannot see a line to enter the mac address. All of the documentation that I can find says that the text box line should be listed first but it is not there. Could the mac address line be listed somewhere else or hidden by chance?

In the devicename field enter

SEP(FOLLOWED BY YOUR PC MAC ADD)

E.g.

SEPAAAABBBBCCCC
