Hi
I need to request new SIP, and PSTN Lines, what are things that should i take in considerations before request these Lines SIP/PSTN From Service Provider?

+ supported codecs, DDI range, simultaneous calls, security (TLS/SRTP), trunk type (digest authenticated or IP authenticated)...

If you are using CUCM and want to have SIP trunks to provider you will need to have a lot of discussions with your provider. You will also need a SBC to terminate SIP. Also check on the below :
1) On their preference on SBC if any
2) SIP design central or distributed
3) DID ranges and SIP sessions according to your requirements
3) codecs they support, including faxes etc.
4) Emergency dialling (normally they are able to add the location tags but check on that)
5) Any transcoding etc. required
Once you have finalised the solution they will provide you all the necessary info to complete the config on your end.

Not sure what you exactly mean, but you can estimate your requirements, how may calls you interpret to be active during peak hours and seek the relevant lines from your provider.

Current Setup I have Avaya with PSTN Line, will add CUCM with new SIP Line from same provider, I need to know what are things/Configuration like Ip address/Ports.. that service provider should provide me about new SIP Line ?
