Restricted calls to specific DN.

Hello. 

On CUCM 11.5

I would like to achieve restricted calls to specific few DN

/be access from specific DN. Is there a way to restrict who can dial a specific extension?

Example: like "P.A (A) and The Boss. (B) "

So "B", can be get calls from only "A". "A" can get any calls and Both can call any extentions.

I will appreciate any suggestions.

All phones in Partition A, Boss phone in Partition B

All Phones in CSS 1 that has access to Partition A and Gateway routes

PA phone in CSS 2 that has access to Partition A and B and Gateway routes
