Cisco 7821 fireware upgrade

Hi Experts,

My sip Phones do not fallback to Call Manager and stay register with Survivable Remote Site Telephony. 

It seem to be the bugg CSCvd03500. I would like to upgrade the phone to the latest version 12.

I have never upgraded ip phone with CUCM.

Please which one of the COP file and the zip file is good to go with regarding sip ip phone upgrade with CUCM ?

You simply need to download the cop file you want to use, install the new FW file, and then either change the device defaults or the phone load name at device level.

You'll find that in the README for the FW you choose to install.

Hi we have a client using Avaya IPO R10 , they have Cisco 7821 with 3PCC firmware. Can help us how to configure the cisco phone so we can use it in avaya IPO..
