Restricting RTP port range

RTP port range : 16384 - 32767. I am 99% sure the answer to this is no. Still am asking, Is there any way possible to restrict this range to a shorter window for ip phones, callmanager etc..The reason my client wants to restrict this is due to their security policies.

Afaik this is hardcoded in SCCP load,

For SIP IP Phones and CIPC we can do it.
